D R E: Hi! I'm a 29 year old mother of 2. Before I turn 30 I want to lose some of the weight I've held on to since giving birth. I weigh 135 pounds and think it would be nice to get down to 125 or so. Just to have a goal, I'll shoot to lose 10% of my body weight. Oh, and I'm J's big sister.
J: I'm a 25 year old aeronautical engineer and younger brother to D R E... I've been active in sports throughout my life but have never been involved in anything which encouraged me to build muscle mass. As such, I'm a very skinny man seeking to improve my overall fitness. At less than 135 pounds, my goal is to gain 10% of my starting weight in lean muscle mass. My biggest challenges to meeting this goal will be getting over my intimidation of going to a real gym, my relatively high metabolism, and staying away from fast food.
